Food recycling
Paper Round recycles food.
- We recycle food from any office that has a canteen.
- We supply biodegradable sacks that line our 10 or 20 litre caddy
- The caddy allows kitchen staff to easily collect food waste in food preparation and scrap clearing areas.
- The full biodegradable sacks are stored in our 120 litre food waste bin
- We collect your 120 litre bin and replace it with a clean one.
Food waste will be mixed with an equal volume of woodchip, sourced as a waste product from local tree surgeons. It will sit within the composting vessel for two weeks.
After this time it needs to mature for several months in the open air before being ready to be used as high quality compost in horticultural applications.
