  • 1. Size & weight information not required for items such as chairs (if standard office chairs) or other standard items such as 4 drawer filing cabinets. Dimensions need only be approximate but please do not underestimate the largest dimension if it will not fit in the lift! Weight is difficult to measure. An A4 box of paper weighs 10kg, a man can comfortably lift 20kg. Over 25 kg requires 2 people.
  • 2. Paper Round's pricing will be based on the information that you provide on this form. We reserve the right to change our pricing if there is a material difference between what is stated on the form and the reality when we come to move the furniture. It is therefore very important that you correctly describe any access or other restrictions on our work.
  • 3. Moving large quantities of furniture often requires extensive use of lifts. This is best done when we can have exclusive use of a lift. The work may be disruptive to other lift users. Passenger lift should be boarded and all decorative finishes protected before work commences for any clearance of more than 5 desks. Paper Round is not liable for damage to any lift that has not been boarded in accordance with our advice.
