All users of this website are bound by these terms and conditions so please read these carefully before continuing. Your use of this site and the information available on this site is subject to the terms and conditions set out below and by using this site you are acknowledging your consent to them. Paper Round Limited, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice, although any changes will be posted here. By browsing the website you accept that you are bound by the current terms and conditions and notices and we therefore recommend that you check these each time you revisit the site.

Paying for your order

By credit or debit card using World Pay, card logos are illustrated on the checkout pages.

By cheque - please phone us on 020 7407 9100 and order over the phone. Please be aware that orders will not be dispatched until cheques have been cleared. This can take 4-5 days + 3 days delivery time.

Pricing

Our prices exclude 17.5% VAT. Paper Round reserves the right to change prices on its site, the price you pay will be the price given at the time of your order.

No prior notice will be provided for price changes, and these become immediately effective upon publication on the site.

Errors and omissions in relation to price: In the rare event that a price is wrongly displayed on the website by Paper Round we would ask that the correct price be paid for on notification, or the order cancelled.

Benefits of opening a Paper Round account

We hope once you have bought at Paper Round you will want to visit us again. To make your shopping easier a Paper Round account is set up when you make your first purchase. All your details are securely kept so that you do not have to fill them in again.

Delivery charges

There is a standard delivery charge of £4.95 within our delivery area for orders under £50. For orders of £50 or more, delivery is free.

Deliveries charges outside our delivery area vary depending on weight and distance of order.

We do not currently trade outside the UK.

Items out of stock

Due to the nature of internet shopping and the unpredictable demands it can make in a short space of time, items do go out of stock. If this is the case you will be informed and you have the option to:

a. Cancel.
b. Take a part order i.e. if more than one item is ordered and part of the order is available.
c. Wait until all items are available.

Delivery times

Once we have received your payment, we will dispatch your order and we aim to have your purchase with you within 3-7 working days from the date of order.

You will be notified by email if any item is not in stock and will be given the option to cancel or amend your order.

Unsatisfactory orders

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions of items on our website and would advise you to check dimensions carefully. If you are not entirely satisfied with your goods, then please contact us, within 7 days of delivery on 020 7407 9100.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order at any point from the time of ordering until seven days after delivery.

General

We reserve the right to decline to supply any individual or company. We reserve the right at any time to suspend or terminate your access to or use of the website. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by any Court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions which shall continue to have full force and effect.

We will not be liable to you in the event that we are prevented by circumstances beyond our control from delivering any product which you have ordered.

The failure by us to exercise any right or remedy under these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
