Berry Brothers & Rudd (BB&R) is Britain’s oldest wine and spirit merchant, trading from the same shop in London since 1698. They also hold two Royal Warrants for Her Majesty the Queen and His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales for their services.
BB&R is committed to reducing its impact on the environment, whilst maintaining high quality services. In their environmental policy they outline ways in which they seek to minimise impacts including ‘maximising the recycling of waste; minimising the amount going to landfill’.
Broadgate Estates is a leading property management company, working with many of London’s prestigious buildings and mixed-use developments. They are committed to the environment and sustainability and encourage their tenants to ‘do the right thing’.
Paper Round is working in 5 Broadgate Estates sites, including York House near Marble Arch since 2016. In this building, their Account Manager has worked closely with the onsite building manager to create bespoke monthly recycling reports and other initiatives aimed at increasing recycling rates.
Ceviche is an award-winning Peruvian restaurant, featured in Time Out’s Top 20 restaurants. The food and drink they serve are based on traditional Peruvian dishes fused with London creativity. Paper Round started working with Ceviche in 2015 and have since expanded the relationship to provide collections to a newer venue in Old Street as well as the Casita Andina bar.
Chipotle is a fast growing chain of Mexican food restaurants with a strong commitment to sustainability. We provide all 7 London sites with a collection service from the kerbside, which allows them to recycle food waste, despite having very limited storage space available.
