Expert account management
Paper Round's account management team is a head and shoulders above our competitors. We employ knowledgeable and enthusiastic people who build long-standing relationships with our clients, so that you achieve the best standard in your waste and recycling scheme.
Your Paper Round account manager is your on-hand expert, there to guide you towards achieving a top recycling rate for your workplace. Monthly face-to-face meetings to go through your detailed recycling report will help you track the progress of your scheme. Targets will be agreed with you, so that the performance of your waste and recycling service is monitored in a way that meets your own objectives. Your account manager will draw from a host of tools available, including training presentations, bin signage, waste audits, launch days and site surveys, to engage the staff in your workplace and make sure continuous improvements are being made.
To guarantee you get your colleagues' attention with your new recycling scheme, and to give it the best possible chance of success, we recommend a Paper Round Launch Day. On a Launch Day we visit your workplace and set up a promotional stand in a central area, manned with our friendly staff and stocked with bright, engaging materials. Using games and competitions, as well as a range of items made from recycled materials, we educate staff on the recycling process. Our recycling game is a little bit of fun, but also helps your colleagues understand which materials can go into each type of bin. We can also offer this service as way of celebrating the success of your recycling scheme, or as a way of reinvigorating enthusiasm.
We hold free-to-attend environmental seminars six times-a-year in central London, especially for our clients. Held as breakfast events and led by our sustainability experts, Paper Round seminars provide an opportunity for you to share best practice with other businesses and learn more about environmental issues affecting you. Topics range from waste, energy and water, to staff engagement and sustainable procurement. You can enjoy a tasty breakfast on us, network with like-minded professionals and learn how to take practical action to improve the sustainability performance of your workplace.
The key to a successful recycling scheme is clear and consistent communication with staff. Paper Round have invested in a strong set of communications materials to accompany the roll-out of your waste and recycling scheme. Colour-coded posters and stickers are provided completely free of charge, and help to clearly communicate the scheme to staff. These can be sent to you or, in the case of the posters, downloaded from the Paper Round online Member’s Area. Attractive and clear, these resources are a popular part of our approach, combining with proactive account management to ensure recycling rates are maximized. Other resources available include training presentations for staff and cleaning staff, as well as template emails to announce the launch of your scheme.
